Relational therapy
Relational therapy aims to repair, strengthen and secure relationships that are facing challenges. It holds the belief that if we are open to exploring the maladaptive patterns and dynamics within our relationships, we can find new ways of relating to one another in more secure, open, connected and loving ways.
Professional Background
After receiving my masters at NYU’s School of Social Work, I went on to do extensive post graduate training in couples and family therapy at The Ackerman Institute for the Family.
