Relational therapy aims to repair, strengthen and secure relationships that are facing challenges. It holds the belief that if we are open to exploring the maladaptive patterns and dynamics within our relationships, we can find new ways of relating to each other than feel more secure, grounded, open and positive.

In addition to office sessions, I offer online psychotherapy. Online counseling allows clients access to therapy when facing barriers such as time constraints, distance, financial concerns, limited therapeutic availability and health issues.
As one of the pioneers in online psychotherapy, I have accrued over ten years of experience using this medium with clients from all over the world.
While I find meeting with clients in person extremely beneficial, online psychotherapy continues to be a powerful and game-changing alternative to the traditional model and equally beneficial.
